Johnny King draws his inspiration from the Congolesian music of this childhood and from the elements of his musical route, which, along the way, was enriched by various styles and musical movements.
After “Babylon Invasion” with Askaar Crew (2005), Johnny King comes back with a new album entitled “No More Stress”. It is the result of the collaboration with musicians from several backgrounds: Jamaica, Congo, France, Switzerland, Germany, Russia and Rumania… it is thus a journey but also a mix of emotions and of the life stories of Johnny King… mix of styles and colours of his musical career.
A New Roots vibe starting from Roots & Culture Reggae towards Soukouss, going through Hip Hop, Dancehall and Gospel… very varied in its messages… whilst one word reunite them all: LOVE
